• We provide a safe and secure shipping option across the globe via India Post, DHL Express, FedEx, Shiprocket, USPS etc. We make sure that the products reach their destinations in a timely manner. We also provide tracking information to ensure that you can track the progress of your order.
• International orders are simple and secure. You can pay through Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay or through PayPal (available under Wallets of Razorpay). For Bank Transfer, simply reach out to us and we'll guide you through the process.
• We charge International Shipping based on your location.
• Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
• No cancellation requests are accepted once the order is SHIPPED.
• We usually dispatch the products within 2–3 working days. Products usually take 7–15 business days to reach you after the dispatch, depending on your order. We ship via India Post or another courier.
• We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there may be a flight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), you can contact us.
• Once your order is shipped, you will be provided a fully trackable tracking number.

Shipping to Brazil

• To Brazil, we will always send parcels through India Post courier only. Products are delivered to you very quickly through this courier. This is our 5 years of experience.
• As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT, and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these might be required to release your order from customs on arrival.
• As we have told you, the custom charges will always be paid by the customer. We want to tell you this clearly: If the product is not delivered to you due to custom duty, then it is not the responsibility of Dugraj.com. It is the responsibility of the customer himself.
