  • Orders can be canceled before a tracking number is issued.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

  • After verification, we will issue a 100% refund.
